รู้กันอยู่แล้วนะคะ ว่าโลกนี้มีกระดาษหลากหลายแบบมากมาย แต่เรื่องที่เราไม่รู้ คือ….กระดาษแต่ละชนิด เหมาะกับงานพิมพ์แบบไหน ต้องเลือกสั่งพิมพ์ยังไง ?

มารู้จักชนิดของกระดาษกันก่อนค่ะ ว่ามีแบบไหนบ้างที่ได้ใช้กันบ่อย ๆ

1. Pond Paper : กระดาษปอนด์

คือกระดาษสีขาวๆที่เราใช้ในออฟฟิศ ใช้ Z rox ใช้ปริ้นงานนั่นแหละค่ะ ความหนาทั่วๆไปที่ใช้ในสำนักงานก็คือ 70-80 แกรมนะคะ 100 แกรมขึ้นไปจะใส่เครื่อง Printer ไม่ได้ กระดาษจะติดเครื่องเพราะหนาเกินไปแล้วค่ะ เหมาะใช้พิมพ์งานในโรงพิมพ์ เช่น Brochure ต่าง ๆ

ข้อดีและข้อเสียของกระดาษปอนด์ คือ

• ราคาถูก และหาซื้อได้เองทั่วไป
• พิมพ์งานด้วย Printer สีเดียวคือสีดำ คมชัดดี แต่หากนำไปปริ้นสี สีจะดรอป ซีดกว่าที่เห้นบนหน้าจอ 10-20% ค่ะ
• นิยมนำมาทำเป็นเนื้อใน สมุดโน้ตที่เราใช้กันไงคะ
• เนื้อกระดาษจะสาก ๆ นิดนึง หากจะนำมาพิมพ์งาน สีจะไม่สดแต่จะออกแนวอาร์ตๆ หากชอบแบบนี้ก็แนะนำกระดาษปอนด์

และสำหรับ Sustainability trend ที่กำลังนิยมตอนนี้ กระดาษปอนด์ คือตัวเลือกที่จะนำมาพิมพ์เป็นถุงกระดาษด้วยค่ะ เพราะลดต้นทุนได้ และ recycle ได้ 100% ถุงกระดาษปอนด์ แนะนำที่ความหนา 100 แกรมขึ้นไปนะคะ ความหนามีตั้งแต่ 50-120 แกรมนะคะ รับน้ำหนักได้ไม่มากนะคะ ใส่ของหนักก็จะขาดง่าย

2. Art Paper : กระดาษอาร์ต

เป็นกระดาษผิวเรียบเนียน เพราะผ่านการเคลือบผิวมาแล้วค่ะ มีแบบเรียบด้านเดียว และเรียบทั้ง 2 ด้าน เหมาะใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์ค่ะ ไม่ได้ใช้ในออฟฟิศ

• นิยมนำมาพิมพ์ Poster, Brochure, catalog, หน้าปกหนังสือ, Paper bag and Paper box
• ราคาแพงกว่ากระดาษปอนด์ค่ะ
• พิมพ์งานแล้วสีสวยสดเลยค่ะ
• เคลือบเงาและด้านได้หมด ใส่เทคนิคทางการพิมพ์ได้ทุกอย่างนะคะ
• ความหนามีตั้งแต่ 100-350 แกรมค่ะ
  เลือกใช้ตามความเหมาะสม หากเป็นกล่อง หรือถุง หากของที่ใส่หนักมากก็เลือกความหนามาก ๆ นะคะ

3. กระดาษถนอมสายตา

• เป็นกระดาษที่นิยมนำมาทำเป็นเนื้อใน Pocket book ค่ะเพราะมีสีเหลืองนวล ไม่สะท้อนแสง เวลาอ่านนาน ๆ จะไม่ปวดตาค่ะ
• น้ำหนักเบา ไม่หนา ทำให้เวลาพิมพ์หนังสือแล้วไม่หนักด้วยค่ะ
• ความหนามีตั้งแต่ 65-100 แกรมค่ะ

4. Craft Paper : กระดาษคราฟท์

กระดาษคราฟท์มีสีน้ำตาล เนื่องจากเป็นกระดาษที่ถูกนำมา Recycle เพื่อใช้ใหม่ มีตั้งแต่ 80-350 แกรม เมื่อพิมพ์งานลงกระดาษชนิดนี้ สีงานพิมพ์จะค่อนข้างเพี้ยน เนื่องจากตัวกระดาษมีสีน้ำตาล และซับหมึกเหมาะสำหรับการพิมพ์ 1 สี มากกว่าหลาย ๆ สี

 

• สีออกน้ำตาลนะคะ มีความเหนียวเหมาะกับการนำมาพิมพ์เป็น ถุงกระดาษ หรือกล่องใส่สินค้า หรือขนมและอาหาร
• รับน้ำหนักของที่ใส่ได้เยอะ
• ราคาไม่แพง แถม Recycle ได้ 100% นะคะมีความหนาตั้งแต่ 80-350 แกรมเลยค่ะ เลือกใช้ได้ตามความเหมาะสม
• แบบ 80-125 แกรมนิมยมนำมาห่อของ แพ็คสินค้านะคะ
• แบบ 125-250 แกรมขึ้นไปพิมพ์ถุงกระดาษ
• แบบ 250-350 แกรมทำ กล่องใส่สินค้าหนา ๆ ได้เลยค่ะ เช่นกล่องใส่รองเท้าไงคะ

What types are there that are often used?

1. Pond Paper

It’s the white paper that we use in the office. We use for Z rox all documents.
The general thickness used in the office is 70-80 gsm.
100 gsm or more cannot fit in the printer. The paper will jam in the machine because it is too thick.
Suitable for printing work in a printing house such as various brochures, paper bags etc.
The advantages and disadvantages of bond paper are:
• Cheap and easily available for purchase.
• Suit to print the work with a single-color printer, black. The clarity is good.
But if you print it in color, the color will drop 10-20% paler than what is seen on the screen.
• Popularly used to print for the notebook.
• The paper is a little rough. If you want to use it for printing, the colors will not be bright but will have an artistic style. If you like this, I recommend bond paper.
• And for the “Sustainability trend” that is popular right now, bond paper is an option that will be printed as paper bags as well. Because it can reduce costs and can be recycled 100%
• Bond paper bags, recommended at a thickness of 100 gsm or more.
• Thickness ranges from 50-120 grams.
• Can’t carry a lot of weight. If you put something heavy on it, it will break easily.

2. Art Paper

It is a smooth surface paper. Because it has already been coated. They are smooth only on one side and smooth on both sides, suitable for use in the printing industry. Not used in the office
• Popularly used for printing posters, brochures, catalogs, book covers, paper bags, and paper boxes.
• More expensive than bond paper.
• The printed, colors are more beautiful than Pond paper.
• Can be completely glossy and matte coated.

• Thickness ranges from 100-350 grams.
• Choose to use as appropriate, if it’s a box or a bag. If the item you’re wearing is very heavy, choose more thickness.

3. Eye care paper or Green read paper

• Because it is a soft yellow color, it does not reflect light. When reading for a long time, it will not hurt your eyes.
• Lightweight, not thick, making the book not heavy when holding.
• Thickness ranges from 65-100 grams.

4. Kraft paper

The outstanding features of this type of paper are:
the color is brown.
• It’s sticky, suitable for printing into paper bags or product boxes or snacks and food packaging.
• Can hold a lot of weight.
• And 100% recyclable.Available in thicknesses from 80-350 gsm. Choose and use as appropriate.
• Thin type, 80-125 grams, used for wrapping things. Pack the product.
• Thickness 125-250 grams or more for printing paper bags.
• 250-350 grams can make thick product boxes, like a shoe box?
