ส่วนวันนี้ เราจะมาพูดถึง ประเภทของการติด Sticker ลงบนสินค้ากันค่ะ เพราะ Sticker มี 2 รูปแบบดังนี้

1. Roll Sticker (สติ๊กเกอร์แบบม้วน)

การพิมพ์ Sticker แบบนี้ ต้องใช้เครื่องพิมพ์พิเศษค่ะ

– เครื่องพิมพ์อิงค์เจ็ท (Inkjet Printing)
– เครื่องพิมพ์แบบถ่ายโอนความร้อน หรือเครื่องพิมพ์ที่โดนความร้อนโดยตรง Sticker จะม้วนเป็นวงกลมตามแกนค่ะ ดังนั้น Sticker ที่ออกมาจะออกมาเป็น 1 ดวง เรียงต่อ ๆ กันไป คล้าย ๆ แกนสก็อตเทปใช้สำหรับ การติดด้วยเครื่องเท่านั้น (อันที่จริงติดด้วยมือก็ได้ แต่ทำงานยากกว่า)
– นิยมติดบนสินค้าที่มีจำนวนมากๆ เพื่อขายตามร้านค้าหรือส่งออก
– Sticker แบบม้วนนี้ ราคาจะสูงกว่าแบบแผ่นนิดหน่อยค่ะ วิธีการสั่งงานก็ต้องแจ้งรายละเอียด และทำไฟล์ให้ถูกต้อง เพื่อให้เวลาที่เราเข้าเครื่องติด งานจะไม่กลับหัวกลับหางค่ะ

2. Sticker (สติ๊กเกอร์แบบแผ่น)

การพิมพ์ Sticker แบบนี้ ต้องใช้เครื่องพิมพ์ทั่วไปได้ค่ะ เช่น
– เครื่องพิมพ์อิงค์เจ็ท (Inkjet Printing)
งานจะออกมาเป็นแผ่นใหญ่ๆ เราต้องนำมาตัดให้เป็นขนาดเล็กเองด้วยเครื่องตัดงานอีกที ก่อนแพคส่งงาน เหมาะกับงานจำนวนตั้งแต่ 100-500 ดวงค่ะ มากกว่านี้แนะนำแบบพิมพ์ออฟเซ็ท ราคาจะย่อมเยากว่า โรงพิมพ์ของเรา มีเครื่องพิมพ์ทั้ง Inkjet และ Offset ไว้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของลูกค้านะคะ สั่งที่จำนวนมาก หรือน้อยก็ได้

– เครื่องพิมพ์ดิจิตอลออฟเซ็ท (Digital Offset Printing)เครื่องพิมพ์แบบนี้ คือเป็นเทคโนโลยีใหม่เอี่ยมค่ะ ใช้พิมพ์งานได้คุณภาพเดียวกับเครื่องพิมพ์ออฟเซ็ทตัวใหญ่ ๆ แต่ ข้อดีคือ ไม่มีขั้นต่ำ ไม่ต้องทำเพลทเป็นแม่พิมพ์ สั่งงานได้ตั้งแต่ 1 ชิ้นเลยค่ะ

– เครื่องพิมพ์ออฟเซ็ท
Sticker จะมาเป็นแผ่นๆ ใน 1 แผ่นจะมีหลายๆดวง เหมาะกับงานพิมพ์ 500 ชิ้นขึ้นไปนะคะหากต้องการสั่งงานเย้อะๆ แนะนำเครื่องนี้ค่ะใช้สำหรับ การติดด้วยมือ ไม่สามารถใช้เครื่องติดได้ค่ะ

นิยมติดบนสินค้าใหม่ที่ทำออกมาจำนวนไม่มาก หรือเป็น SME รายย่อยที่สั่งงานน้อยๆเพื่อลองตลาด

2 types of stickers

1. Roll Sticker:

Printing stickers like this requires a special printer as follow:
– Inkjet printer
– Thermal transfer printers or printers that are directly exposed to heat
– The sticker will roll into a circle along its axis.
Therefore, the sticker that comes out will be 1 piece, arranged one after the other, similar to a Scotch tape core.
• Used for machine installation only.
(Actually, you can attach it by hand. But it’s harder to work.)

2. Sticker sheet type

Printing stickers like this requires a general printer, such as:
– Inkjet printer

The work will come out in large sheets. We have to cut it into small sizes ourselves with a cutting machine. Before packing and sending the work.
Suitable for work with quantities ranging from 100-500 pieces. More than this, we recommend offsetting printers instead.
The price will be more affordable.

– Digital Offset printer
This kind of printer, it’s a brand-new technology. Can be used to print with the same quality as a large offset printer.
But the advantage is that there is no minimum, no need to make a plate into a mold. You can order from 1 piece.

– Offset printing machine
Stickers will come in sheets. On 1 sheet there will be many pieces on it. Suitable for printing 500 pieces or more.
If you want to order a lot of work. Recommend this machine.
• Used for manual installation. Unable to use the attachment by machine.
